Account deletion
If you no longer wish for us to hold any of your data, please inform us via our support email, support@jobstaq.co.uk, and we’ll be able to permanently delete your data once your current billing period comes to an end. Pleaase note that we’re required to keep a small amount of billing-related data for legal purposes.
Partial deletion
If you wish to delete some of your account data while keeping your account active, you should be able to delete most data from within our software yourself at any point in time. If this option is unavailable for the data you wish to be removed, please contact our support team via email on support@jobstaq.co.uk with details on what you require removing, and we will be able to assist.
